Halloween Hitlist 2020 was an event celebrating Halloween. It was available from October 23rd, 2020 to October 31st, 2020.

- Thirteen pumpkins were scattered around The Killhouse in the same positions they were during Halloween Hitlist 2018. Shooting all thirteen would transport the player to Aftermath. Starting from the 8th pumpkin shot, messages would start to appear in the chat every time you shot a pumpkin. Those messages are as follows:
- Six little pumpkins, turning of the wheel
- Five little pumpkins, none of them real
- Four little pumpkins, wispers in the dark
- Three little pumpkins, on their last spark
- Two little pumpkins, nothing left to dread
- One little pumpkin, already dead

This mission can only be played alone. It takes place at a construction site made up of 3 floors, and is visually almost identical to Take and the second part of The Score. The mission has no briefing, and goes loud as soon as it begins. Every HUD element has been removed so the player cannot see their health or ammo, although they can still take damage. Jackdaw will talk for a bit after which an Elite difficulty SWAT assault will begin. After the music is over, the assault will finish and Jackdaw will say some final words before the mission ends. Completing the mission awards Jackdaw's Eyepatch and the player won't be able to play this mission again.
